This is my third choice in this category and of course, there are some similarities between the 3 notebooks, and some differences. It has a great looking design, with a 10.2 inch screen with a beautiful display and comes with a pre-installed Windows XP Home Edition with SP3. Good connectivity with 802.11 b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 and again, a 6 cell battery that can last up to 8 hours. It boots very fast and it is pretty light at 2.8 pounds, even lighter than the Asus Eee. Again, the maximum resolution is just 1024×600 but it gets the job done.

One con that I could find is the fact that the touch pad is a little too small, so you may have to get used to it or use a regular mouse. This one costs $419.95 and is also a good choice in this price range.
