10 Secrets

  • I have bouts of extreme insomnia.
  • I’m underweight by 5-10lbs.
  • I have an unhealthy addiction to watching/reading things that scare me.
  • I have a strong fear to dark closed-in places. Similar to claustrophobia, but only if it’s dark enough that I can’t see.
  • I am absolutely terrified of needles. If there’s a needle in the room I get lightheaded and it feels like my chest is constricting.
  • I don’t like hospitals, doctors, nurses or anything of the like because I can’t stand the sanitation smell. (At least that’s what I think it is. I don’t know how to describe it.)
  • Sometimes when I feel like someone is watching me and I get nervous, I start checking under the bed, in my closet, and in dark corners. (There’s a reason for this; when I was small our house was broken into at least 3 times and I had switched bedrooms when my sister moved out, to her room (used to be my sister’s room that they would go into). My bed was next to the window and I always heard noises outside.
  • Even though I can swim well enough to not drown and have fun, I avoid open water (ocean/sea).
  • I don’t like when people stand so close behind me that they are touching me.
  • I get nervous when elevators jerk.
